Gene Stone, Listing Broker
Specializing in the leasing and sale of second generation shopping centers in Colorado, Gene Stone has established long term relationships with many owners, has worked on a wide variety of centers ranging from low-end to top-quality anchored and power centers and has represented numerous retail tenants expanding throughout Colorado. He has extensive experience re-tenanting existing retail properties to achieve the optimum tenant mix and enhance the center’s value and has a successful track record of selling these projects after the leasing goals have been achieved. Gene started in the real estate business approximately eighteen years ago. He spent the first ten years acquiring, leasing and selling shopping centers for JHS, Inc., a company which specializes in acquiring and enhancing the value of properties for its account. These properties were located throughout the United States.
Steve Sebern, Listing Broker
Steve Sebern graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He attained a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Steve has been active in the Denver commercial real estate market for the past thirty years. Over the last twenty-seven years, he has specialized in retail leasing, development and sales. Mr. Sebern’s current responsibilities include the marketing of shopping centers, tenant representation, build-to-suits and opportunistic land acquisition for national retail clients, sales of retail centers and net leased investments and obtaining new retail asset accounts. He possesses extensive knowledge in leasing, sales, property management, evaluating real estate trends and developing comparative analyses.
Marcus Notheisen
Marcus began his work with Antonoff & Co in the spring of 2008 and is a member of the investment sales team. Prior to his work as a broker, Marcus spent seven years as an Alternative Education Teacher and two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer. While in the Peace Corps, Marcus assisted a local human rights organization brokering several deals with the American Bar Association (Eastern European Chapter) in order to provide free legal services to local citizens and fund civil rights initiatives. In his free time Marcus and his wife, Connie enjoy traveling and recently had their first child.
